We’re looking for skilled Composite Fitters / Trimmers to join a prestigious project based in the heart of Italy’s motorsport excellence.

Location: Emilia-Romagna, Italy
Position: Composite Fitter / Trimmer
Industry Experience: Motorsport / Formula 1
Contract Duration: 3–12 months (with potential extension)
Pay Rate: Competitive hourly rates
Accommodation: Weekly allowance provided

What You’ll Need

• Proven hands-on experience in composite fitting and trimming, ideally within motorsport or Formula 1

• Proficiency with composite components, bonding, drilling, trimming, and finishing processes

• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work

• Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• Strong understanding of industry safety and quality standards

• Full and unrestricted right to work in the EU

Your Key Responsibilities

• Trim, drill, bond, and assemble composite components to precise specifications

• Carry out finishing operations, ensuring all parts meet the highest quality standards

• Interpret engineering drawings and work instructions accurately

• Perform repairs and adjustments on composite assemblies as required

• Collaborate closely with engineers and laminators to support production and development goals
